Great Service That Went Sour

Original work very good, reliable, prompt and very determined to complete what was a difficult job to a high standard. Unfortunately on contacting the business for futher work was promised date and time but never turned up, never returned any phone calls, never heard from them again even after several phone calls. Spoke to the owner on one occasion and they did not give any reason for this behaviour. Eventually decided to try another business and got the job done extermely well, on the date and time they promised. Very sad to have to report this about this businses
